For many years I have taken a day with Javier Lopez de Carrizosa at his shoot at Cenicientos 90 minutes west of Madrid. Javier understands what British clients like and will do days as small as of 250 birds (by Spanish standards!) with no overage and has drives every bit as good as Stockton, but will also encourage guns to shoot “Spanish style” to give that Spanish flavour.
